Y83-315 Scrap Metal Baler

This Y83-315 scrap metal baler is a manually manipulated turn-out machine. It is mostly applied in metal smelting factory with the medium and large output and the waste metal recycling station. Moreover, this product can be designed to be side push-out machine with PLC.

The most important advantage of this scrap metal baler is reflected at the large compacting box that is able to process large sized waste metal materials. The maximum thickness of the applicable material is 6mm. Our machine is able to output 6 to 8 tons of bales every hour.

Consistent with the needs of users, the compacting box varies in size, such as 2600mm×1400mm×1200mm and 2600mm×1750mm×1200mm. The compressed bale size is about 500mm×600mm. Furthermore, the product can be configured with the power system of 74kw or 111kw as required.
